Adding on to his extensive experience on application development and usability design, he was in many ways exposed to SEO, the methodologies and people behind along the way. In 2008, he took on his first independent search marketing project for a major company in beauty industry, which he has helped generated 4000% growth in search traffic with 25% sales growth in just 4 months.

Kelvin later has established the Hong Kong based Web Design and Search Marketing Consultancy start up -- SourceSquare in early 2009. He and his team has been providing Branding, Web Design and Search Marketing Consulting Services to many business sectors including beauty, logistics, distribution sectors, serviced offices and many more ever since and has been recognized as one of the key contributors in the industry.
